Ziegler Brucargo

For Ziegler, Patronale Real Estate developed a logistics hub on a site in Brucargo, Zaventem. A specific difficulty of this site lies in the Diabolo train connection to the airport running underneath the plot. The building was designed and engineered as a bridge over the tunnel. Special attention was paid to the foundation techniques.
