Introduction
A building project is always more than just a design. It is a trajectory in which government bodies, engineering firms, specialized partners, and companies must navigate their path together. When programs, regulations, and divergent interests intersect, the need for structure arises.
Archilogic Architects (HVC Architects) positions itself precisely here as a trusted partner and moderator, preventing parties from getting lost in interests, rules, and processes. Archilogic Architects identifies the interests, exposes the lines, and brings structure. With a keen eye for logic and analysis, we translate ambitions into buildings that work and convince.
Archilogic Architects is not a ‘standard’ architecture firm in the traditional sense. We choose to remain a truly dynamic architecture firm, surrounding ourselves with a close-knit network of specialists for the various investigations and studies involved in a construction project. We attach importance to a deep-dive analysis of the client’s inquiry, which we always answer ad rem. A quick and efficient investigation of the logic often leads to progressive insight on the client's side.

Complex program analysis
For Archilogic, every project revolves around translating a program of requirements into a clear, realizable structure. We do this primarily through analysis and stakeholder alignment before determining the spatial implications (the design).
Archilogic brings clients, authorities, engineering firms, and other specialized partners to the table and ensures everyone speaks the same language, with the sole aim of a unanimously supported plan that provides direction, eliminates friction, and accelerates the construction process.
- Archilogic thinks along in terms of processes, flows, and organization, resulting in a construction trajectory that works.
- Everything starts with a grip on the context: besides standard site analysis (topography, traffic, regulations, existing infrastructure), operational flows and mobile logistics are also core elements. This concerns physical parameters such as circulation, as well as the changing context and future developments, all of which are mapped out.
- The programmatic translation into spaces and functions creates a logical order, paying attention to business processes, company policies, and programmatic requirements. This translation also incorporates the impact of regulations and planning provisions from RUPs (Spatial Implementation Plans), BPAs (Specific Land Use Plans), and other applicable legislation.
Theultimate result is a design that interlocks spatially and functionally:a site or building structure that supports business flows, groups zoneslogically, and simultaneously offers space for flexibility and futureadaptation.

Architecture
Architecture gains meaning where logic and architectural design reinforce each other. In every project, attention is paid to proportions, materialization, and detailing.
Design is not an afterthought, but an integral part of the design logic. This creates buildings that function clearly while radiating a distinct identity.
Archilogic is and remains a true architecture firm. Architecture remains the ultimate cohesive element and context for the processes that we, as architects, aim to shape.
Archilogic Architects operates from the conviction that architectural quality and economic efficiency mutually reinforce each other. Architecture is an instrument that maximizes the value of real estate and the flow of a company. A well-designed floor plan, for example, eliminates superfluous movement. A well-thought-out building is flexible, adaptable to future technologies, and attractive to users and investors.
By choosing the right proportions, we create a visual tranquility that exudes professionalism. Industrial facades have enormous potential, partly due to their scale, provided there is sufficient attention to the right composition of rhythm, light, and shadow. The restraint in materialization is further reinforced by precisely emphasizing the transition between two materials in the detailing.
Architecturally designed commercial buildings are then no longer mere boxes but become the physical manifestation of the client's ambitions.

Sustainability
Sustainability sadly often devolves into superficial measures and picking low-hanging fruit. At Archilogic Architects, however, sustainability means making choices that have a genuine effect and make a real difference. Primarily, this is about smart space usage and densifying programs into robust solutions that improve a site's operation.
No slogans, no greenwashing, but designs that hold up ecologically and economically, aiming for buildings and sites that remain relevant and valuable in the long term.
- Not just energy, but all construction-related aspects such as material choice, construction process, and operation are brought together in one overarching framework.
- Integration of renewable sources (PV, district heating, thermal energy storage).
- Overarching vision regarding the local processing, buffering, and generation of energy.
BREEAM/ESG/GRO/Euro-taxonomy as the standard for the project...
- Daylight entry, fixed sun shading, and compact building volumes are the basic requirements for a sustainable design. Only thendoes it make sense to limit energy demand.
- Connection to a heat grid or passive and sustainable energy is always the result of these design choices.
- Circularity consists primarily of the revaluation and upgrading of existing structures.
- By extension, attention is drawn to recyclable materials and reversible detailed design. LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) serves as a test for material choices here.
- Stackingprograms, limiting land use, and better urban integration are the main focalpoints to densify programs and thus limit spatial footprint.
- Compactbuilding improves the green-to-terrain ratio and helps facilitate contemporarychallenges such as rainwater buffering and cooling on one's own terrain.
- Accessibility for soft traffic and public transport as the primary stimulus for personal mobility.
- Analysis of efficient traffic flows and logistical optimization to arrive at a weighted interpretation of the spatial footprint required for necessary transport movements.
- Healthy air quality and an acoustically quiet environment are of the utmost importance as sustainability parameters for the well-being of users.
- Daylight entry and sightlines receive the necessary attention as design criteria to give workspaces a more pleasant and human interpretation.
BIM
Digital precision is a self-evident part of the work process. Archilogic Architects is an early adopter of the BIM process.
BIM is deployed as an instrument that supports the entire trajectory: from initial volume and implantation analyses, through bill of quantities generation and clash detection, to lifecycle management.
The model functions as a common frame of reference for all parties and makes collaboration transparent.
By working consistently with BIM, errors are avoided, risks reduced, and quality assured, even before the first stone is laid.
BIM is also an instrument for transparency: all information is centrally available, decisions are better substantiated, and changes are immediately visible.
The model thus becomes a shared source of truth that builds trust among all involved parties.

- BIM as a coordination platform where all parties work together.
- BBIM as a visualization model to give authorities and third parties a better understanding of the project's exact form.
- Clashes are identified before execution. Errors avoided on site can be explicitly labeled as profit.
- Reduction of failure costs (€/m²).
- Fewer rework costs and delays.
- One common source (“single source of truth”).
- Involved disciplines are integrally integrated into the model in 3D.
- Transparency in decision flow.
- BIM models are extended to FM/maintenance.
- Asset management and linking of maintenance schedules.
- Quantifying reduction in failure costs, time savings in planning.
- More accurate budgeting thanks to model quantification.
- Reduction in lead time through digital coordination.
- Simulation of planning and logistics.
- BIM is often positioned as a stepping stone to a digital twin, with long-term value.
At Archilogic Architects, we bring order to complexity. We listen to your ambitions and guide you through the maze of rules, processes, and wishes. Together, we find the red thread that works to fuse aspirations and dreams with tangible architecture.
