We consciously remain an agile office with a permanent core team of approximately 20 employees across 2 locations and a close-knit, diverse network of partner specialists that grows along with the nature of the project.
Our team consists of architects, engineer-architects, BIM modelers, designers, and project support staff.

Logical architecture for complex issues
History
Rik Helsen and Rik Van Com found Helsen & Van Com Architects together. An office that realizes projects in commercial and utility construction driven by craftsmanship and commitment.
Frank Tack joins Rik and Rik. He brings a new generation of perspective and a strong sense of project management.
The company welcomes a new name: HVC Architects. The identity becomes sharper, the field of work grows, and the moderating role in complex permitting trajectories becomes a defining characteristic.
Frank Tack becomes a partner. Together with Rik Van Com and Rik Helsen, he takes the lead in daily operations and strategic management.
Frank Tack and Torsten Schoonaert take the lead with respect for what has been built. The original founders pass the torch and take on a supporting role.
HVC Architects becomes Archilogic. The new name stands for an open, scalable structure in which colleagues and partners can grow along, and in which collaboration with clients, engineering firms, and other stakeholders happens naturally.
Philosophy
Archilogic focuses on B2B projects including offices, industry, education, retail, large-scale logistics sites, production, feasibility studies, master plans, and urban planning.
We identify ourselves to our client as the red thread in the maze of complex programs of requirements, permits, and execution aspects.
We provide structure and clarity to complex spatial questions, and the result is architecture that works naturally.
Unlike the traditional architectural approach, we use a sober no-nonsense approach to create buildings that function logically, are readable, and do what they are supposed to do — today and in the future.
