Patronale Life developed a state-of-the-art multi-tenant business building on this terrain. In the first instance, this building had to accommodate the headquarters for Samco’s activities. Implantation and design were chosen based on the irregular shape of the plot. The unit for Samco distinguishes itself from the other four units, but the design facilitates optimal visibility from the street for every unit.
