Radiant Color

The company Radiant Color (part of the American global player RPM) has been growing for years on a site in Houthalen and was hitting the boundaries of the plot. The purchase of a small adjacent plot opened the possibility to design a sliding puzzle with a phased master plan to redesign the entire site.

The first phase of the project consists of the construction of a 2,900 m² state-of-the-art production hall and 2,600 m² of associated administration and lab functions. The production space accommodates 11 reactors varying up to 20 tons and also provides the intended IBC storage via the necessary containment basins.
