On a site along the Hasselt ring road, Kolmont initially developed a ground-floor commercial building with parking in front. Due to the high demand and the potential of the site, the project grew into a multi-story shopping center where numerous retailers found their place.

By placing the building 'on legs', a covered parking area was realized where customers can get to and from their cars dry, without first driving into a parking basement. As a crowning piece, the very first European branch of SparX was designed on the top 2 levels. This sportainment park allows you to indulge in more than 50 sports in-house. Extreme sports and semi-digital experiences bring extra life to the large central atrium of the complex.

On the outside, the building looks like a play of stacked wooden containers that comes to life throughout the seasons through a subtle use of lines.
