Limtec

On the construction campus of the University of Diepenbeek, Archilogic (HVC Architects) designed a training center for partners in the metal industry as well as the offices for Limtec+. The offices and training spaces are all organized around a central atrium where visitors are welcomed.

For the building's technical installations, the client developed their own automation system to monitor the status of every possible device, light, door, ventilation valves, etc. This system even allows for preventive intervention on components that might potentially fail in the near future. The building was constructed with prominent steel trusses as a reference to the steel sector.
