After a years-long search for a suitable opportunity to expand, the company Hamann Logistics was able to acquire the grounds of the former Seveso company Imperial across the street. Besides taking over the activities in the existing buildings, an expansion was provided with a cross-dock warehouse and parking facilities for approx. 230 employees.

The final design contains a cross-dock warehouse that is ‘second life proof’ on top of a semi-underground parking level for 212 cars, coupled with a logistics office. Additionally, the existing office section on the current site was redesigned and expanded with 900 m² of additional office space.
