Gero Interior struggled with an acute lack of space and urgently needed additional surface area. Because the company is located in a non-conforming zone, the permits were preceded by the drafting of a Spatial Implementation Plan (RUP). In addition to additional surfaces, the company seized the opportunity to transform the entire interior space into a pleasant and spacious furniture boulevard.
