BVI Woudpark - Kemea

In 2020, Antwerp developer BVI conceived the plan to realize 4 high-quality multi-tenant business buildings in Genk. The goal was to provide 39 modular units for growing local companies and to centralize various backyard activities that had outgrown their home base, and oa built-to-suit building for Hans Corvers’ world-class Yamaha MX team.

The business units were designed in the style characteristic of BVI. The BTS building was designed entirely tailored to the end customer and consists of a central workshop for detailed tuning and customizing of motorcycles tailored to the riders, surrounded by various training and complementary functions such as office space and fitness facilities.
