For our office in Keerbergen, we are still looking for a motivated and experienced Project Architect. Are you an expert in supervising projects from construction drawings to building completion, and do you have a passion for architecture and construction?

• You develop final designs into complete execution files.
• You coordinate colleagues regarding BIM models, detailing, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• You closely follow up on the execution of projects in consultation with contractors, engineering firms, and clients.
• You create site reports, monitor the schedule, and handle project administration.

• You are an (engineer) architect with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• You are strong in planning, organizing, and communicating clearly.
• You have a fluent knowledge of MS Office and preferably Revit and AutoCAD.
• You enjoy a hands-on approach and like working within a dynamic team.

• Full-time permanent contract (freelance negotiable).
