• Creating and managing construction drawings and BIM models in Revit.
• Developing design visualizations (Hasselt), technical details, and construction drawings (Keerbergen) or a combination of both.
• Contributing to a correct and complete environmental permit file via the BIM model.
• Actively supporting internal and external project partners by means of clear, up-to-date information.

• BIM designer or (applied) architect.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• You have an eye for detail and can simultaneously see the bigger picture.
• Working with Revit is a must, other software is a plus.

• Full-time permanent contract (freelance negotiable).
• Gross salary based on knowledge and experience.
